This coffee is expressive and layered. It exhibits an array of flavors including a darker note of fudge, a sweet note of brown sugar, and a finish of almond brittle. This coffee does an excellent job of maintaining body, texture and sweetness. Fantastic as a sweet and silky drip coffee or as a nuanced and balanced shot of espresso with notes of fudge and toasted hazelnut. We roast this coffee specifically for espresso and that makes it a favorite of ours for lattes and cappuccinos.

Best bean ive found for my pour over!!
The taste is SO GOOD…. Can taste the subtle flavorings of fudge, almonds and brown sugar that make it so smooth and delicious. I savor that first cup in the morning.

I was looking abound for some relatively local coffee rosters and a friend told me about this brand. Ended up being my favorite coffee I've tried and now I just can't get anything else.
This roast is comparable if not better than any other specialty brand. These know what they're doing, and what they're talking about in regards to coffee. Great way to start the day!
